This meditation is for those with ruminating or intrusive thoughts, those who spiral, being unable to stop thinking about things, and unable to be fully present because of this. This teaching is about how to move out of these negative, limiting, uncontrollable and intrusive ways and offered a method to help relate to this experience and how to move yourself away from it. Creating distance from you and the thoughts rather than becoming and living from them.
