This offering works with the bodies subtle energy systems to turn your sensitivities into your superpower. This is done through guided imagery, creative visualization, energy work, energetic tools and practices, meditations, activities, teachings of the energy systems and more. Including topics on grounding, present time, the aura and energetic boundaries, burnout and depletion, energy leaks, energy exchanges, energy clearing, the chakras, energy meridians, how to facilitate self-healing, building intuition, how to set up your space energetically, energy contracts, cords, and so much more!!
