Supporting each other in embracing our individual truths, reclaiming our feminine wisdom and rising in our power.

THIS IS A DEPTH ORIENTED GROUP CENTERED AROUND AUTHENTIC CONNECTION, VULNERABILITY, TRUTH SEEKING, AND HONEST REFLECTION.WE WILL ENGAGE IN INTROSPECTION, SHADOW WORK, AND OPENING TO REALNESS AND RAWNESS, AND SHEDDING LAYERS OF PROTECTION. AN OFFERING TO EMERGE FRO DEEP WITHIN YOURSELF, ALL WHILE BEING WITNESSED IN THE LOVING PRESENCE OF LIKE-MINDED SISTERS.

ACTIVATE AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION. CULTIVATE MEANINGFUL CONNECTION. NOURISH YOUR SOUL.

Sessions will follow what is alive and present. However through the course of the group themes/topics tend to naturally emerge.

Some of which can include:

• Release all that is holding you back (limiting beliefs, internalized conditioning, people-pleasing, comparison, lack of boundaries, resistance to speaking your truth, etc.)  

• Draw strength from within rather than letting the world decide it for you

• Mend your wounds as women, re-writing the patriarchal programming of being cut off from our bodies, our voices, our intuition and separated from the power possible when deeply connected with one another.

• Reclaim parts of yourself so you can reconnect with who you truly and innately are

• Build intuition, discover the wisdom within, and deepen your connection to trusting your inner guidance 

• Connect authentically and vulnerably with yourself and others in a new and meaningful way.

• Be nourished by the sacred sisterhood

The group will start October 16th on Sundays for 7 weeks at 6:30 PM PST for an hour and a half 

Please reserve and the online calendar will automatically do this as well 8 weeks for just in case one of the first 7 need to be canceled as I sometimes have health issues arise 

This offering is $350 total or $50 per meeting. 

You can pay in full or do a weekly payment plan of $50 dollars per week. 

There are also a limited number of spots with a scholarship fee so contact me to inquire further.
