 Sessions offer the space to process and release emotions, traumas, experiences, limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, triggers, behavior patterns, and programming and conditioning from the past that is holding you back, so you can embody and embrace the truth of who you truly are. These lower vibrational frequencies are stored in the body, and as we clear and update them it allows a recalibration of the physical form,

providing embodied, actualized, and transformative shifts.
